Lady Luxe is a distinguished store, offering customers a collection of quality products at great prices. We've worked hard searching high end items to bring to our area to give everyone the opportunity to touch, feel, and experience luxury bags and accessories prior to purchasing. Store Policy 

At Lady Luxe, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. 

I use Entrupy to determine if an item is authentic and for a small fee the certificates are available upon request.

Terms of consignment
An estimated sale price will be given based on the item condition. 
All items without a proof of purchase from an authentic retailor will go through an authenticity verification process and the seller will be responsible for the fee. The sale price given will be good for up to four weeks due to the market changes.
Items should be in good condition and anything with severe wear and tear or strong odors will not be accepted. 
Consignment Fees
$500 or less= 30% with a min of $150
$501-$1999 = 25%with a min of $150
$2000- $2999 = 20%
$3000- $$10,000 = 18%
$10,000 or more = 15%
​**I can also purchase bags out right from the customer if they choose that instead.
Return Consignment
All items will be kept in store for 90 days. If not sold after 90 days the seller may take the item back.  If the seller wants the item back within the first 30 days there will be a fee of $250. Within 60-90 days $175. 
*All Sales will be final. No returns.
